A 10.5% Champagne Saison aged in white wine barrels for 8 months and hopped with Nelson Sauvin…. First thought – BOOZY! Very thick, fruity, and nice body, with LOTS of alcohol flavor prevailing. Picked it up at Bottlecraft for $17 and enjoyed it with a breakfast burrito with friends. A nice way to start the day’s kayaking adventure!
