Made it to Mammoth

Finally found a restaurant open after 9pm… Thai’d Up… Happy they had local beer. We shared a seasonal release by Mammoth Brewing, Fire & Eisbock. This German style Eisbock went through freeze distillation after fermentation to bring the ABV up to 10%. Paired okay with our spicy Thai food. #drinklocal
