I snuck behind the Orange Curtain yesterday to pop in and see how head brewer Kevin Buckley (@buckleybrau) was doing in his new digs at Barley Forge Brewing Co. ( @barleyforge ) in Costa Mesa, CA. The place hasn’t opened yet, but they’ve got a soft opening this Saturday, October 25th, just to see how things run.
Kevin gave me a taste of the Hefe, Der Biersal, (pictured) and his IPA, The Orange Curtain, so I can say with confidence if the soft opening goes off as well as the beer, they’ll be just fine.
