Phantom Ales

Not to be confused with Phantom Carriage in Torrance, Phantom Ales is in Anaheim.   From L to R – Grand Cru, Sour Barrel-aged Saison,  Flying Brick Double IPA, Aletheia Cider, Simcoe Fusion IPA,  and a  Barrel-aged Grand Cru, a collaboration with Bootleggers Brewery.

Her favorite was the 9.8% ABV Grand Cru, where mine was the barrel-aged version.
