Straffe Hendrik Wild

Not wild like pants on backward and underwear on your head.  Wild as in re-fermented with brettanomyces yeast.

Very nice.  Their 9% ABV tripel is already quite good.  Add to that the funky brett characteristics and it’s a different kind of good.  Only wish we had more so we could try again as it evolves while it ages.
