GUEUZE TILQUIN

Great sour by Gueuzerie Tilquin of Belgium where they blended 1, 2 and 3 year lambics made from Cantillon, Boon, Lindemanns and Girardin wort then bottle conditioned it for 6 + months (per internet)… We loved it and hope to get more at Bine and Vine! Delicious!

ADAM

Love this Hearty Old World Ale by Hair of the Dog Brewing… Nothing to do with it being named the same as my boyfriend and my son! It has everything to do with it being 10% and full of flavor! It is a big Adam in a little Adam bottle. Delicious!

obscura cacao

Interesting chocolate ale from Telegraph Brewing made with cocoa beans from Twenty-Four Blackbirds… Sorta weird with a mild fruity tartness and tootsie roll type chocolate flavor.

Apricot Au Poivre Saison

Wowza! Always nice to try something new that tastes incredibly delicious! Very impressed with the brews from Nebraska Brewing! Road trip?

Saison du Buff

Another interesting Saison for the pool! A Dogfish Head collaboration with Stone and Victory brewed with parsley, rosemary, sage, & thyme…

Prickly Passion Saison

Interesting Saison from the Lips of Faith series by New Belgium… Nice for the pool!

Yin by Evil Twin

Very nice imperial stout.. Taiji? Must be a Yin Yang thang… I did not have a Yang for black-n-tan, but enjoyed it as a stand alone beer just fine!

Packinghouse Brewing

Enjoyed a few tasters after a Sunday drive up to Riverside, CA… Adam liked the Cream Stout and I liked the Sunburst Golden Ale. Here is a pretty picture for you!

White Oak by The Bruery

White Oak (looks like a latte) to go for our walk down the beach… Very enjoyable bourbon barrel aged wheat; mild and refreshing with the bourbon flavor sneaking up as it warms…

Beer Geek Brunch Weasel (Cognac Edition)

A tiny (8.5oz) potent (10.9% ABV) expensive bottle by Mikkeller brewed at Nogne O in Norway. This 3-month cognac aged imperial stout was brewed with coffee from coffee beans digested by weasel-like civet cats. Tasty as expected, but harsh on the finish…
