Duet IPA from Alpine Beer Co.

My week started off pretty crappy — with some weird illness that kept me in bed and not even wanting to think about a beer. Fortunately that’s long gone and with just a few hours left in the weekdays I can finally settle down and enjoy something delicious.

Yesterday Pat from Alpine Beer Company (best little brewery that you’ve never heard of), dropped off a case of his Duet, a West Coast IPA brewed with Amarillo and Simcoe hops.

It’s absolutely delicious.

Actually, all of Pat’s IPAs are amazing (try Nelson — an IPA brewed with New Zealand’s Nelson Sauvin hops — if you ever get a chance).

Cheers to the weekend!
