It is award time. The big guy on the left is Tom Nickel of O’Brien’s Pub. The silver tank is the grand prize. It is a real working fermenter. If you win you are supposed to brew beer in it and pass it to the winner next year — better than the Stanley Cup, don’t you think?

Actually…you can drink out of the Stanley Cup, and you can also take the Stanley Cup everywhere with you (actually encouraged)
