Lambrucha

We recently enjoyed this strange yummy blend of Belgian Lambics and Kombucha brewed by Brouwerij De Troch in Wambeek, Belgium. (Unfortunately, we were unable to go inside this small unique brewery located down a winding countryside road when we visited Belgium – boo). Suggest you try Kombucha first so you know what you are getting into… Cheers to something unique!
