Newly Developed Hop IPA

Sierra Nevada’s 2015 Harvest series, number 3 of 5, included hop varieties I has no idea even existed.  But let’s be honest, I kinda live in a cave and know very little about anything. 

With roll-off-the-tongue names, such as HBC431 and HBC472, as well as SS05256 and SS06300, it’s in only a matter of days before we see their single hop and wet hop versions on a shelf with nothing but the number.

Definitely some orange-citrus, as well as cedar.  I enjoyed it.
